It's clear you dislike TERA, but saying the 3rd largest online game in Korea, as of just a few days ago, over WoW, SCBW, SC2, L2 is considered a bomb is about as blind a statement as you can possibly make. Maybe that statement could be true for the hardcore MMO crowd who've finally grown tired of the punishing thousand-hour grinds to achieve glowing pixels, but not for the rest of gamers out there who look forward to potentially innovative and FUN(hi, FFXIV) new MMOs.

I can't even think of any previous MMOs that came close to the level of innovation, that is coherent and not some bag of gimmics rolled together, as GW2 has already demonstrated. I wouldn't be as excited for this game(or TERA as well) if they simply offered state-of-the-art grafax, some experimental class system, with a foundation built on WoW gameplay.

Infact, these guys have so much going for them, they could fuck it all up at launch and probably still come up with an awesome game within a month or 2, simply because their dev team isn't a sack full of Digletts with no clue on what constitutes a "game" or a "dildo"

TERA and it isn't close. After playing Korean Tera, it is clear that game is going to be HUGE when it hits the west. The game is simply amazing.

Edit - Seriosuly, anyone with negative comments about TERA shouldn't even be posting on an MMO board. Sure, you can have your opinion, but it is wrong if you dislike the game and like MMOs lol.

The gameplay, graphics, character design, environment, etc all kick the shit out of WoW/FF/any other MMO out there.

Have there been any releases on Tera online in the NA? Like release date and open/closed beta. Only thing I found was that its happening sometime in 2011 regarding the beta. (or at least planned)
