cannot change cc info, playonline

as title says, trying to change my cc info in playonline, been trying for a month now, everytime says ive put something in wrong (which i havent) or trouble communicating with server

playonline/ffxi support is useless, they cant apply the info over the phone, told me it was my router and basically hung up on me and with my work hours (pretty much the same hours as playonline/ffxi support) i cant really call back and trouble shoot with them

anyone have any tips or clues?

have you tried email support? Also every time I see a thread like this it reminds me of this relic.

If the problem that you're having is related to Securecard/VerifiedbyVisa, you can try the steps outlined in this video which should allow you to bypass that check.
