    Windows live messenger popup?

I, as well as a few friends, keep getting this web page loading from amch.questionmarket.com after being afk for a while. It all seems to have started after windows update downloaded and installed the newest version of windows live messenger on our systems. Also, part of the link has 'MSN' in it, which furthers my suspicions that this crap comes from windows live messenger. I've run spybot, my antivirus, and even hijack this, but found nothing out of the ordinary. I even added a rule to block the domain in adblock plus and put the domain as untrusted in noscript, but it keeps happening. I did a google search and it revealed others experiencing the same problem, but no solutions. Has anyone else come across this and found a way to stop it?

I guess if I cant find a solution I'll give something like pidgin a try, but I was hopeful someone out there knew a way to block that stuff all together.

Looks like you got it too. That link is exactly the same one I've been getting.

I deleted all of my existing cookies in Firefox and double checked my security settings and have not gotten another popup in several days. Google searches show results going back several years for the same thing, but other than cookie deletion or full reinstall I couldn't find any real answer to what caused it. I guess I'll post again if it happens again, but for now at least it seems ok.
