Help!! Computer start up problems.

Hey BG i have a pretty big problem my computer wont start up.

Basiclly i was installing adobe reader, and when i went to open a PDF file adobe reader stopped responding and my computer then proceeded to crash. When i went to start it up again it gave me 2 options one to start windows normally and the other to launch the windows repair start up files (something along these lines i currently cant get back and see this option).

Now if i select the start windows option normally i get up to the windows logo and the loading bar it sits there for around 5minuets then just goes back to the boot menu where it shows what cpu/gpu etc i have. If i pick the repair option it eventually goes to a blue windows screen that lets me select a language for the repair, once i select the language it says the disk i have insereted, the windows 7 ultimate 64bit edition, is not the correct version please insert the right version and try again, so another dead end.

Now the other thing i tried was booting from the install disk and to reinstall windows 7 but i cant, i have an SSD and 2 HDD if i try and format the SSD it says its a microsoft..something...protected partion(MSR?) and i cant install to there, says the same for the second HDD and the 3rd HDD it just gives me an error.

Sorry if this doesnt make much sense but im really just confused and need some help if anyone has any insight at all it would be hugely appreciated.


EDIT: Well i could reinstall my computer now, the only problem is now it cant detect my ssd =/

Have you tried booting into safe mode?
