That would be true...if FF13 had a protagonist (or a real plot). Being on the cover of the box doesn't make you the focus of the story when the game is divided up almost equally between all the characters wandering aimlessly until the plot puts them somewhere else.

I made it up to the final dungeon of Xenogears and then just stopped playing. There's a whole slew of games I made it up to the last dungeon or even the last boss and then just quit.

i did the same thing with xenogears and ff12, i figured killing yiazmat was about a million times more interesting than wtf was going on in the shitty storyline
