Archi and Miz know what I look like as I have them friended on facebook. I mean i'm just an average 6'3 guy who works IT for a Sheriff's office. Actually Tonko may have seen a pic of me as well since he was in my WoW guild and I had some wedding pictures posted on there.

As for you Titanss, I know your a horribly angry person who cries to his real doll when he gets made fun of on the internet. Other than that, your not a special snowflake and honestly not worth my time to watch be stupid. If you have to be popular on BG spam to feel special, then there really isn't much else to say about you. I'll stick to the boring life of having a career, furthering my education so I can get more tax payer dollars every 2 weeks, and starting a family instead.

Example would be (true example actually)...I have a speeding ticket that I have not paid off yet. It's over due, so I got a letter stating that my license and registration is now non-renewable (still valid however). So when I go in November to renew my registration, I will need to pay off the citation w/fees before I can renew.

    *edit

The above reference was for tickets not requiring a court appearance.

For tickets you ignore that did require a court appearance....then your license will be suspended once the DMV gets the notice from the court. Which is usually a week after your court date.

(all in reference to MA only)
in this case you could try a conditional acceptance of offer (see http://www.coreyeib.com/DMV/parking_citation.html) since the ticket past due, i'm not sure if it still is valid since the "contract" it is dishonored.

I recently started reading on Rights to "travel" vs driving , USC Title 18 section 31, UCC 1-308 and all that jazz

till i understand it more, maybe someone else can chime in on it.

theres actually a lot of youtube videos detailing procedures on beating traffic tickets 10/10 and how to handle them.

My example of a ticket, is a moving violation so the acceptance offer would usually not apply.

as for youtube videos on beating traffic tickets.... I work for Boston PD, and couldn't even beat this ticket against the state trooper lol

Well, all moving violations here in MA require a court appearance (if being disputed).

Normally on front of a court magistrate, or a judge can be requested.

I choose to go before a judge on my ticket appeal.

The old rule of thumb was that bordering states shared information but that was before the aforementioned changes to information sharing after 9/11.

Hello group. I came to this site because of the traffic from the link above to my conditional acceptance... just thought I would say hello to those looking to improve their political status and rights to travel.

Just one quick point, if anyone here is going to use a conditional acceptance for a traffic ticket, you best be ready to play the game full on. Speaking from experience, you can (and will) lose your driver's license. You will be challenged, and possibly arrested. For me this is about being an American with the same political status as those who fought so bravely against the king and left to us a land and government like no other in history. Those men were not U.S. citizens, there were citizens of their respective states (if you are a U.S. citizen, then you are a resident of your state, you have civil rights, not god given rights as a resident)

Well enough..... I hope my posting of my conditional acceptance I used creates questions.... so you will seek answers.

    All the best.

    Corey

They require an appearance of the "person" on the driver's license - persons are legal fictions, you can 'appear' by motion in writing (important to check the legal definition of appear in Blacks dictionary, most likely it is not what you think)
