    Tagging music.

    So recently I lost my whole music collection and had to redownload it. Before I was tagging by hand which was easy as I download an album a week so its not as much of a pain. Anyway I have around 1000+ items to tag and it just seems like a complete pain in the ass.

    So I'm looking for a program for tagging that does a good job and allows me to correct it easily.

    It MUST support FLAC.

    i used mp3tag for my cowon J3, worked pretty nicely

    I use mp3tag myself to do hand tagging, I tried their automated tagger and for some reason I didn't like it at all.

    I use MusicBrainz Picard. It pulls data from the MusicBrainz.org database, which is probably the most complete collection of music data I've found. Yes, it supports FLAC.
