I think that's the moral of the story here, pretty much. You could use a "stop being so arrogant" line or a "the people you picked on in school are now 'picking on' you", but the real gem is simply "don't do stupid shit like taking away linux from people that paid for their product".

Yeah I messed up and didn't get Dead Nation on game one. Did get Wipeout HD. I hope they fix it to let you get one you messed up on because if they don't, it's bullshit.

I was considering holding my month of PS+ to the last minute for whatever the July content is, but MtG: Duels of the Planeswalkers is this month's free game.
Gonna have to get on it this month, maybe a week in so I can have a week of whatever's in July.

Hi Naustradamus- Here’s the step to download your free games:
Select ‘Welcome Back Free PS3 Game 1′ and click on ‘Get Now’
Press circle to go back and select your first free game
Return to the Welcome Back page and select ‘Welcome Back Free PS3 Game 2′ and click on ‘Get Now’
Press circle to go back and select your second free game
Go to the XMB(tm) to play your free games
Make sure to complete the download of each title all the way otherwise you’ll have to go into account management>transaction management>services list>SCEA Promotions to download the games.

The first page of the PSN store, there is a "Welcome Back" section, everything should be there.
If you don't see anything, try that "account management>transaction management>services list>SCEA Promotions" thing mentioned, it worked for me after trying to get my Game 2 went gang aft agley.
Both those fail, contact Sony I guess.

A: If you navigate away from the Welcome Back section of the store without choosing your free games or exit the store completely you may need to follow the below in order to choose and download your free games.

2.Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management Transaction Management Services List

3.Choose "PlayStation Network Promotions" from the list of services displayed

4.Select either "PS3 Free Games" or "PSP Free Games" and then choose "Select Content"

You will be taken to the store to choose your remaining free games.

Thanks for that, I lost one of my dl due to errors too. Only problems I'm having is selection. Once I confirm the dl it goes at normal speeds. Unfortunately, it can take 10+ attempts to get it to dl...

Also, idk if this was the original format, but wipeout hd has current video ads during load screens. Might be a cost mitigation but I didn't have it before to know for sure.

Thanks for the information. Lost both of my unlocks through the actual store due to errors. You would think Sony would have realized the amount of people who would have been taking advantage of this offer and put in more servers to accommodate. I guess not.
