Completely manufactured reality show, even though the "real reality shows" have some drama manufactured and people are told to repeat things or repeat it a certain way.

I can't face the thought of this - north east accents always sound god-awful on the TV and make me cringe (and I say that as someone who's never quite lost hers - despite the local kids being obsessed with thinking I'm from Ireland or Wales)... Cheryl Cole is like nails down a blackboard for me.
