Some things give up a lot easier than others from what I've experienced. When farming dark rings in highlands, fungars and efts would always deaggro if I tried to get them all. Then I tried leeches and I could be a mile away and they'd keep on my trail, very rarely would they give up.

Not sure how that's different with pld vs. any other job though.

I double back through the crowd if I feel my group is dangerously spread out.

I was collecting all the Efts at once without issue. Next time I will try leeches though. Efts are too spread out.

Uh that doesn't sound like a likely issue... Do you use custom face .dat mods? Maybe you have dirty .dats that you should file check to get rid of? I never crash casting B typhoon, don't crash when I cleave those pods in ule (LS member did today tho few times).

I've had Aoelian edge spam crash me on detectors several times. Sometimes I'm fine for hours, then I start crashing. Always happens right as I WS.

Yeah person doing it last night was AE spamming and crashed few times, dunno maybe its .dat mod problem.

since your forte in this thread is speed and efficiency, and particularly made a video of cleaving, may i know what mobs you actually cleave that needs you to wait up on them intentionally or you have to travel miles to fetch a train of mobs?

Mandragoras in Altapa are very easy to deaggro for example and if you pulling all of them around the oasis then they usually spread a lot and stay behind. Chigoes in Attohwa deaggro even on this short way from one corner to other. Detectors in grauberg sometimes takes very weird road when you running up and are very easy to deaggro too. I could give a lot more example.

Yup cos i, like many others, know how to fucking pull and your failing to gather them up so u had to remove hermes/crimson

thats not mobs fault, thats fail on your part to gather the mobs.

other people have no problem doing it and stay alive with help of pots/elixir when needed

Yup cos i, like many others, know how to fucking pull and your failing to gather them up so u had to remove hermes/crimson

i wouldnt dare to contest the master, i dont pull w/o movement speed and i have no ochain/almace and a lvl 90 galka PLD and i cleave much much slower

Atoreis, do you use distance plugin at all? I recall you demonizing spellcast in another thread, just wondering if you stay off windower plugins as well.

I think mandragoras deagro in water if you're over a certain distance away, so that's why you were having trouble pulling them probably.

^^ I just wanted to show idea what can Ochain and Almace do but apparently I used some forbidden words like "best" "faster" "better" etc. and irritated some ppl.
Apparently most ppl got my point of view and what I tried to show and I'm happy.
Some ppl just need to argue every day so they can live and I understand them I even help them by arguing back ^^
I need to make the part of my sig where I list my empys larger, because I think ppl can't see I have Kannagi and Veret and still use NIN for Empy farm and MNK when it's best.
In first post I should have specified that I'm writing only about situation when you can actually use "hundred shields" which ofc is more or less limited.
Some ppl likes to catch some words and read it like they want to so they can argue back but oh well I was expecting comments like that so nothing new

Pretty cool videos & thank you for sharing. Using a War is much easier to obtain an Almace/Ochain for Cleaving. However, still nice to see something outside of the box. This game isn't all about mnk,nin,war.

The day will come when paladin becomes powerful again. All the mnk/nin/war prepare your suicide notes. FYI I don't have a paladin job. Lol.

I use no plugins but one word about spellcast. I was bad informed what spellcast do and it was my stupidity and mistake and I apologize all spellcast users.
