Question about boot process when turning on your pc

I was wondering if there is a way I can stop my pc from doing whatever it is its doing in this picture whenever i turn it on. This lasts like 2 minutes and its not really a problem, just annoying.

and then after the 2 minutes or so, it does this, and starts loading windows.

Quickboot turned on in bios?

Fixrd it. Went into the BIOS and found out my HD was 3rd on the boot order with ethernet (what was taking so long) and cdrom. Switched them and now it's like instaboot. Thanks for the help.
