I'd like to attempt at throwing a wrench in the "Olmos a Dark Passenger Theory." If it were the case that Olmos was a Dark Passenger, in the scene where he burns himself, it would actually be Travis taking the poker to his own wrist (if it wasn't, then that scene was totally useless). It'd be pretty cheesy of the writers to omit the burn/scar on his wrist for the rest of the season until we find out Olmos was indeed a DP.

Either way is possible, and I'm not sure if it's one or the other. If he IS real, then they are deliberately fucking with us by not having anyone interact with him yet.

He might not be a Dark Passenger but he could be the equivalent that Harry is to Dexter.

I would mind it turning out that Olmos is indeed a dark passenger. It would be pretty neat, no? Acts a bit like Harry anyways.

Watched this week's before bed last night, but from what I saw, I'm not getting the vibe Olmos' character is a ghost.

At the end of the preview it shows Dexter looking through his rear view and saying "Hello doomsday killer". It shows someone walking away and it kind of looks like Olmos's apprentice but I can't be 100% sure or not.
