Spoiler: show
Ok.... So I'm a little worried here.... I think I remember an interview with the CEO or some shit talking about something that would happen in the last two episodes that would set up the ending to the series... Um, only thing that happened was Deb thinking she is in love with Dexter..... I swear to goodness if that is how its going to go the last two seasons with a weird brother on sister love show, I will be so pissed.
The worst part about the kissing scene was that Deb didn't appear to kiss him back at all, she just kept her mouth shut and just sat there. Haha Probably like I'm not kissing this fucker, I already divorced his ass.....
Edit: Errr or is there still two more episodes to go???
Edit#2: Well, I guess it could be the intern shit with him drawing what ever the fuck that was on the hand and sending it to Dex, but I really hope he doesn't turn into the bad guy for next season, just seems really silly to me....
I was all 'no no no no no no no no no' through the dream. Oh god it was horrible to watch.
Which has nothing to do with the scene being more or less awkward for said actors. Christ, even simple half-hearted jokes are lost on people.
They're actors, it's a job and they're getting paid for it. If you think that doesn't make a difference then good for you. Just because you think kissing your ex-girlfriend is the worst thing in the world doesn't mean that other people do. Especially when money is mixed in.
Dexter BG thread. When jokes go literal and initial points are completely lost.
i don't think kissing his ex was hard for an actor who did multiple gay sex scenes in six feet under, lol
afaik they are still friends and i guess you kind of have to be if you decide to continue shooting another season(s) together.
how do you guys feel about travis the villian in comparison with the other season's villians like trinity killer, doakes, quin, and that mexican guy-forgot-his-name. i personally like him. its like watching tom hanks from Big be a bad ass
The season went straight to the crapper after the Gellar reveal. Travis is a terrible villain. He's not even clever, just lucky. The side-plots this season are boring as fuck too. It's about as bad as last season.
i think only villians equal to dexter's skill were trinity and his brother
Still finding it hard to believe Gellar was dead all along/for 3 years. The sudden personality shift in Travis after the reveal kinda reeks of the actor not knowing, too. I'd be more for it if he'd shown little signs of a short temper or questionable zealotry up until that point, but it was more portrayed he was just along for the ride up until then. Staging the teacher kill still bugs the fuck out of me, too.
Anyway, so so... could've been better.
