definitely more predictable than the whole thing with Gellar not being real. However, I was hoping to get more closure on what is going to happen with Quinn, this season didn't really wrap up that plotline at all.

Well considering that she is in love with Dexter and the guy he was killing was a mass murderer, I'm sure she'll at least understand. He will obviously lie to her and tell her that he kidnapped his son, so he had to kill him personally. Remember she didn't find out he was a serial killer, just that he killed some really evil guy that kidnapped and tried to kill his kid. I think the more interesting thing about this episode is that the intern sent Dexter the hand. Which might mean that he either knows he is a killer or he knows who his brother is.

Forgot about that lol. I'm thinking he knows or is trying to figure out which is why he was trying to get closer to Dex. When Dex gave him the whole 'Who would want to be a serial killer' thing kinda shut down the idea of Dex also being a killer I think. I think you're right about the hand being a I know who he was deal.

Also I think I read somewhere Dex got signed on for a 7th and 8th season to wrap the show up.

Dex can't lie to Deb. She's smart. She'd figure out that Travis was held down using the same method that the Bay Harbour Butcher used. She'd also notice the fact that he has kill tools so any lie about it being a spur the moment or doing that because he kidnapped his son would fall flat.

Also, how old is the Game design kid? I have a theory that he's actually Dex's Nephew. Depending on ages, it might actually work. It explains the approval that he was seeking and why he picked the Hand to send to Dex.

Ending was pretty predictable with Deb telling him to go to the church earlier. =/ I still really enjoyed it and that is definitely one of the best ways they could have ended the season on a cliffhanger. REALLY looking forward to next season to see how Dexter tries to explain this. This wait is going to be brutal. =(

Thing I hated the most about this season was that Deb is "in love" with Dexter. Kinda silly imo. Really awkward for her too. I mean, sure, do that kind of thing while they're actually married etc. But not once they've divorced.

House Travis was in: Why the fuck would they wait for the blood splatter analyst and not go in the house before hand? That was just so... yeah.

Car Travis was driving: Pretty sure that was his car the entire season, so assuming that was his actual car then shouldn't it have been registered to him and they'd have the license plate info?

Dexter's Kill clothe: Wet Dry Wet Dry Wet Dry....

Quinn: He'll be back and will most likely straighten up for at least 1/2 the next season or take 1/2 the season to straighten up.

Dexter's needle: Called it that it would have nothing in it that would actually knock him out.

I didn't think about that. You are probably right which is AWESOME. I want her to know that he is a serial killer and the bay harbor butcher so bad. I figured they would drag it out all next season, but if you are right she'll know right way. There is going to be some great tension. If she backs him up and starts helping him, that would be killer. I was pretty upset when he lost his chick sidekick before.

Also, it might make sense that he wants his approval because he knows who he is. I mean we are all watching a show where the main character is a serial killer and we love him. Who's to say that the intern isn't the same way? Remember the whole Dark Avenger thing in the comic book store? People loved him.

Either way, can't wait for next season.

I didn't think it was bad, I thought it was pretty tense. I mean, it would be fucked up, but I totally could have seen them killing off Harrison. And the ending, even though we knew it was coming eventually, was quite awesome.
