Of course, but you can't say that under otherwise equal circmstances, if a man and a woman of equal attractiveness were in a social setting, the woman would have an intrinsic advantage simply because she's female. I'm not saying it's a guarantee, but average to good looking women can stand around and still get approached. Most men don't have that ability unless they're especially attractive.

only for a very short period of time. men of average attractiveness remain average for much longer. as time goes on, a woman's perceived attractiveness dives. a man's either stays the same or increases as other aspects of their life become more solid.
