Sylph - AetherFlare - Looking for a few members

AetherFlare is a sylph-based lowman shell looking for a 2-3 good men (or men pretending to be women) to join our current 3-person lowman team.

BUT WHAT DOES AETHERFLARE DO

Mostly abyssea, seals/+2/gear and whatever everyone feels like doing. Plans to possibly start emphs soon. Basically if someone wants some gear, we make it a goal and GET THAT GEAR.

WHY SHOULD I CARE

AetherFlare is dedicated to doing shit right. That means optimal job setups, strategies, and generally not screwing around when we're doing something. Although it might sound super serious, it's more about getting shit done quickly, and we manage to have a good time anyway. And lowman means you get your gear quickly, unlike big shells with long lines.

I LIKE MY FULL AURORE, DO I QUALIFY?

Probably not. Although we've got nothing against having non-top gear, we are looking for people who know how to play their jobs, know how to gear optimally with what they have, and not be satisfied with 'good enough'! If you don't gear swap, tp half-naked, or think haste is only good for canceling the slow on your heca harness, please don't bother.

Also, sometimes we're assholes (to competition, not each other!). So if you like being an asshole sometimes, bonus points.

WHAT TIMES DO WE TURN VANA'DIEL INTO OUR BITCH

Generally from 5pm-12am est, every day of the week. You don't have to be est to join, but if you're mostly on around those times, that'd be super. We don't have a strict schedule, but if we have things we want to do we might set up times/days in the short term. Being on every day isn't a requirement, but the more you participate the more chances you have of getting things you want simply by virtue of being around.

Other acceptable jobs: WHM BLM MNK (Although these are already covered so you probably won't be on them much.)
Ideally you are a person who has at least two of these leveled/geared.

Update: We're near/at our limit of kick-ass members (and therefore members in general), so while you may still file your name for future consideration, we're likely full now. Thanks for reading! If you have a wide job spread or exceptional circumstances and think you should be DULY NOTED feel free to message me anyway, and I will possibly duly note you. (Or at the least, reply saying no in a humorous way.)

Update update: If you've got a good job spread that includes blu, you have a good chance at catching my attention regardless of what I just said, for now.
