Her name is Idie/Oya. She can control and manipulate temperatures around her to make fire and ice.

Who? The One behind Wolverine is one of the five lighted, Edie. The one behind Rogue is Rachel Summers.

Juggerlossus is a result of the current "Fear Itself" storyline going on in all of Marvel and for the X-Men in Uncanny X-Men at the moment. Basically, Magik, Kitty, and Peter goto see Cyttorak and make a deal to transfer Juggernaut's powers into a new soul (Magik was going to do it before Peter jumped in) since Juggy was worshiping the Serpent now (Fear Itself big baddie).

yes, it is Toad. Other guy is Quentin Quire/Kid Omega.
