I hope so. Schism 2 was kind of slow, but Schism 3/Generation Hope was pretty good. I think 4 comes out the next week, same as Childrens Crusade(finally). Preview of 4 looked pretty cool too.

today I'm going to be spending way more than my weekly budget on comics, I fear
Marvel: Alpha Flight, Deadpool, Hulk vs Dracula, New Avengers(if only bc Daredevil joins), Ultimate Spider-Man, Uncanny X-Force(which seems like bi-weekly right now which is crazy), and X-Men Legacy.
DC: Suicide Squad, Deathstroke, Green Lantern, Red Lanterns, maybe Grifter and Demon Knights. ALso have a feeling Batwoman could be good, but holding off.

Typing it all out, definitely gonna have to pick and choose ugh. hurray for being poor and in college!

Speaking of Uncanny X-Force, today's issue was amazing. I mean, it's the best Marvel comic already but it keeps getting better. Remender is the only writer who can make Deadpool tolerable. Hell, he writes him laugh out loud funny. I love that he doesnt use the self aware, break the 4th wall bullshit. He has brought every character into their own light.

New Ultimate Spiderman was actually good, I look forward to reading this. Here's hoping for good Bendis instead of fill the page with word bubble filler Bendis.

Yeah I loved X-Force this week. Deathlok was awesome in it, and starting to see the plan unfold is really interesting. How many more issues are there of this storyline?

I read Fear Itself 6 today too which was actually pretty great for an issue with 0 action. Cap was great throughout it, seeing him in the fallout from the last issue was perfect. Though I do not see how they wrap this up next issue...

Deadpool is best when his humor is subtle. I think writers try and just make his books a complete joke(see Fear Itself Deadpool or standalone series having a pieced together Deadpool).
Uncanny X-Force is awesome. I think once they decided Wolverine wasn't going to be a part of this book after this story arc, they did a great job of making Fantomex, Psylocke, and Deadpool the focus.
X-Men: Legacy was pretty good. Polaris vs Magneto is going to hopefully be epic.
Ultimate Spider-Man was basically the same story as spider-man with a blacktino kid. Should have been more, but I think Bendis will write some interesting stories once they get past how he gets his powers.
Hulk vs Dracula - again I think this is going to be epic, badass vampires vs a god powered Hulk.
Spider Island is corny, but corny in a good way. fun story imo.
Journey iinto Mystery - Mephisto is awesomely evil.
Alpha Flight - Really picking up. I was glad when they decided to make this an ongoing series as it has been really solid so far.

Matt Fraction is one of those guys that people either love him or hate him. I liked most of his stuff, but Fear Itself was just poorly conceived all around.

i personally love matt fraction but fear itself is p bad. journey into mystery is a fucking 10/10 though. mephisto had me lolling. I had never read Kieron Gillen till he took over Uncanny, he is p great.
