It's getting better, imo. I was interested for the first time this season, and was mad when it ended.

I still don't understand the point of the Arlene story outside of them feeling forced to give her screen time. I like Terry, but Arlene bothers me, and this week they had to bring in other retarded characters that I don't think anybody missed (Tara's mother and the church guy).

I was happy w/ how Tommy's story ended up. I was expecting them to basically recycle his story line but the twist of him killing his parents was well done and it eliminated a few retarded cast members

Very agreed. At least they've slowly started tying some of the storylines together so it's not just one big clusterfuck mess. My favorite characters end up suffering when they pull this shit (Jessica, Jessica, Alcide, and more Jessica).

the staff at merlotte's sure do have lots of problems, all these filler stories need to die, take place at merlotte's or get interesting. im set to fast forward the brujo and demon baby arcs. so glad they killed the merlotte parents instead of re-tredding that arc

yes she does sleep w/ eric.. a bunch (at least in the books). I don't know about Sookie's contract and nudity, but she hasn't been in real sex scene's for the last season? I forget about Season 2 and if there was sookie nudity. but book 3 didn't have any since it was where she was split from Bill the entire book and she didn't hook up w/ anybody until book4 again (eric)

She had nudity last season. After Alcides woman tries to kill her in her own home, bill comes out of nowhere and they hook up.

I believe he's referring to the fact that Anna Paquin (Sookie) and Stephen Moyer (Bill) are married in rl and since her sex scenes are no longer with her husband if she'll opt out of doing nudity. Not necessarily that there won't be scenes that call for it.

I highly doubt she would opt out of nudity if its not w/ Stephen Moyer. She gets paid a lot more for that, and its not hardcore nudity.. and it wont be anything the audience hasn't alrdy seen.

They've been weird about nudity this year tho... like panther chick had always been strategically covered before, then ep 3 she went damn near full frontal. Too bad she's a butterface, too, cuz dem tittays were pretty nice.
