Isn't Sookie sorta like.. the main character in True Blood? Hence doing every fucking season/episode with getting into situations/saved/etc.? I mean I know it's a running joke with my roomie about the fact that Sookie has been having sex with 2.5 episodes but I just blame it on the series being about her. /shrug

My complaint is the plot hardly moves thru her; because she is (mostly) oblivious to what is happening around, its not the usual series where the plot moves along with most of the main character scenes, instead its more like Sookie stumbles into the bad guy at the end of the season.

I dont mind it, but, last episode for example, it dragged on way to long. It was funny watching her trip on V blood for the first time, but then they went back to that scene 2 additional times just to overemphasis the fact. Could of used that precious time to do something else Though i was hoping it really a fairy illusion and then all the fairy's jumped out and tried to kill them both

Really late watching the last episode, but a few things:

The fact that I felt a scene involving a naked Sookie dragged on for too long means those scenes dragged on WAY too fucking long. "omg liek its snowing" Jason's V trips were funny because it's Jason, but these were just lame to me.

WHY did they just calmly watch the haze slowly descend on everyone when they had like 2 years to kill Marnie. Sure, Antonia can probably find a new host eventually but they could have slowed her down.

I like Bill this season.

I've noticed that I like characters in this show way more when they aren't acting like love sick teenagers over Sookie. I've been really enjoying Bill and Sam but cannot stand Eric right now.

Pretty much my thoughts on Bill this season, my only real gripe about this season is the lack of Evan Rachel Woods.

I dont see what the point of Alcide is, I like his character and the actor but doesn't really do much. Marnie and her horrible accent kill me. Every time I watch scenes with her I think same thing when watching Harry Potter, which is "someone with a proper aim and a gun would clean the house against this magic"
