I'm considering changing to another nation but I have every outpost unlocked for Windy and I'm sure it would take a while to get them all again for a new nation.

On the plus side my Treat Staff II is pretty cool now with limitless 1 hour recharge warps.

It's there way of saying people don 't go there enough, so now they will make you.

You guys haven't memorized what pages your atmas are on? Or what's the argument for changing to favorite sets changed? I know it's less time spent at atma infuser dude but that's not that big of a deal really.

you are seriously expecting no emergency maintance/longer duration for the maintance. Everytime server merging (even if it was one or so), or something like changeing calculation of base combat skill etc has happened, the maintance got magical longer by 8 hours or so. Not holding my breath.

Probably a good idea to turn of spellcast and recast when you start up btw.

So Sandy's and Bastok's "intelligence department" are in their Port areas? Good to know. SE is just retarded. Not that I was moving from Jeuno to Windy, I like my shout entertainment in Port Jeuno. And since they can't even whip up a simple concept of 3 presets of atma's in the 2 months when they first announced it, I'm not holding my breath for something like a global shout channel.

It's more about, "Which zones serve as the governmental centers for each nation". It's each nation's equivalent to the White House and where their leaders live (although Bastok admittedly has more crap both governmental and non-governmental)
