About 3 hours yet, assuming no extensions.
Drives me crazy sometimes when people who don't understand software development (or do, but not in a real world company development situation) ... I stopped trying to reason with people who bitch and just let them bitch. There's a ton of reasons things that seem odd or trivial get fixed, which include or are not limited to
1) It's easy.
2) Not everyone can be assigned to the same task. Insert analogy about too many hands stirring the pot.
3) The code was in the same ballpark as a larger task. Many developers will just shove in fixes, assigned or not, if they spot a bug (especially easy ones) while investigating other problems.
4) Here's my favorite. Boredom/Change of Pace. This one does depend on deadlines and urgency of your primary assigned tasks, but most developers have a large queue of both big and small problems assigned to them at/around discovery time. They're usually assigned priority with the worst ones usually verbally made the most important by their boss. But sometimes you just get stuck, or frustrated, or just plain tired of the large task and take some time to go nip some of the smaller items in the queue in the butt. Often, not only does this make many developers clear their head but often impresses computer illiterate upper management who only see the NUMBER of fixes made vs. the QUALITY/DIFFICULTY of fixes made.
5) Like #4, but for all the wrong reasons ... when a boss instructs you to fix a pile of small problems to convince upper management more is getting done.
So it begins. Expected to say the least, lol.
How can they not get this update done in what was it, 14 hours >___>? Jesus christ.
Only a one hour extension, we're still under par.
For now it's only an hour. Was considering waiting till 10 my time to check some stuff, but I'll just call it a night for FF11 lol. Assuming I don't wake up to a random emergency maintenance.

red flag for porno, be advised.
I've yet to work in the field, school first it seems, but I've tagged along and saw how it works.
I am rather trained though. self, I have a huge library devoted to programming and its many aspects, learning is fun, yes?
- The issue wherein the help message for Mercurial Sword mistakenly read "Occasionally attacks 2-3 times," instead of "Occasionally attacks 2-4 times."
The issue in which the help message for Mercurial Pole mistakenly read "Occasionally attacks 2-4 times," instead of "Occasionally attacks 2-5 times."
This gave me a wtf moment. It seriously took them this many years to notice and admit this mistake? Then waste the time to inform us of said fix in the waste of Update details.
This pretty much sums up the whole thing for me. http://www.bluegartr.com/threads/104...=1#post4585970 Fuck the rest of it.
