People are just salty because they feel SE made Abyssea content too easy with them. Honestly those same people would consider (and have in the past) the game "too easy" without them either. It's always the same. So SE pleased the larger portion of its player base which are the casual, average-skilled players. Not sure why some people on BG haven't realized that actual skilled players are the vast minority. With or without brews, people are still going to suck if they suck. So what a sucky player walks around with a brew. If he wants to waste it on that Amun him and his group can't kill, let him.

I always walk around with a brew. In case of emergency its either brew or wipe? YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME! Also, what the fuck else am I going to use Cruor on?

I found it humorous their very last question was "Give PLD to Fencer" and their response was:

To be fair, those arent tech support issues. Customer service takes care of all billing issues and as far as transfer of accounts, etc, there is a part of customer service that deals with all the web site stuff.

You wouldn't really want to discuss your billing address, credit card info, etc on an open forum like that.
