Analhelm pretty much espouses the YouTube/ISP defense. He tosses policing responsibility for your websites/service out to the content generators rather than taking care of it himself. Then he takes it one step further when presented with "well, that information is uncited and came from BG or BGwiki" by calling us assholes and saying he doesn't visit BG/BGwiki so he wouldn't know. Furthermore, because wikia still receives the VAST majority of user-supported updates, he tosses out "we don't administrate that site anymore, so we don't have to do anything." I've provided him with specific examples of literally invented drops copied from bgwiki to wikia and gamersescape that he hasn't deemed plagiarism.

Fact of the matter is, blinding himself to the BG community lets BG wiki gets about a month or two lead on wikia (let alone GE, which is still catching up to the last update) every time new content comes out. Anything hard from new content is going to be inevitably talked about on BG and pulled onto the wiki.

And yeah, last update I put some theoretical drops in that hadn't (and still haven't) been reported anywhere. It was pulled onto wikia and gamer escape by high-edit# members before the e-text was dry, along with the rest of the Dynamis stuff.
