I'm catching up on the thread now and I'm thinking 1) we're getting reverse trolled now, because this shit is INSANE and 2) he seriously said that obtaining Avatars on any job but summoner is cheating.

Lore, how the fuck does it work? You beat the Avatar and form a pact with it, you don't "learn" the spell, you're imbued with it. Jesus christ.

I wish the Mario 3 Warp Whistles wouldn't get brought up, either. He keeps going on about how using Warp Whistles to jump to the last level is cheating, but does he realize that after beating Bowser the first time the game gives you 28 P-Wings and a free New Game Plus? Makes playing through the entire game a lot more fun when you have powerful weapons to combat things.

Of course, using P-Wings the game gives you for beating Bowser is just cheating, since it takes all of the challenge out of the game.

And as such, having someone brew Shinryu to get your 200k brews is ALSO cheating, because someone else did the work. And as such, every single brew you use after that is cheating, since it came from a cheating source. And if you brew to farm Shinryu the quick and easy way? ALSO cheating.

Ergo, if you play FFXI and have 200k brews (the P-Wings), you're cheating.
