Clearly he wants to be banned, he keeps talking about it as an expectation. It's just par for the course because it confirms his negative view of societies vendetta against him. Dude needs to stop worrying about other people and live his life.

I think he believes that if he is banned from FF11 or sent to jail in real life this will only prove him correct in all of his ravings.
