So a light based nuke automatically equals comet/ultima now? It could be luminohelix2 or something else equally retarded. Not to mention why would the ultimate 2hr spell be lvl 95 instead of 99? Why would it be black magic when the point of tabula rasa is making both arts equal(EDIT: this one could be design limitations).

To be fair its a really retarded Opinion. Limiting RDM buffs to only being able to cast on themselves is quite frankly a large nerf.

When someones opinion opts to erase parts of the job that are actually fine as they are, It becomes silly. especially if the only reasoning is so they have an excuse to melee. That would simply kill the job, not help it.

(Also doesn't help that I don't think my comp is linking me to the correct post as the post I'm seeing has nothing to do about making all of Rdm current enhancement spells self target only and instead is that BS post how Rdm can easily hit +50% cure potency)

I'd be pissed too if someone copy-pasted my work, didn't give me credit, and then they claimed it as their own. It's blatantly disrespectful and outright serious misconduct in some disciplines. Besides, BG people are rarely happy whenever Wiki people copy-paste information from BG into the Wiki without citations.

But yes - nerfing a major part of a job (ANY job, though the relevant one here is RDM) in order to force it into a different role by default is nearly always a bad, bad idea.
