Which would be the best to bring for soloing Dynamis-Qufim? THF/DNC, DNC/THF, DNC/other, DNC/nothing? All geared pretty much the same.

for singles - thf/dnc or dnc/thf, whichever you think you can kill faster on. without a 2box mage tho you'll be pulling in maybe 70-80 on a good night, probably closer to 50-60 avg (i'm assuming avg gear)

dnc/lock could potentialy get you 100s, but the proc rate on white is so low its a real gamble, and you'll lose more often than not

With dbox support I can see it but my solo runs (non Twashtar) with decent (non pink) gear usually are more like 70-80 because you waste so much tp curing yourself. With a dboxed RDM, it goes up.

same here. i have mostly +1 gear, eva kila +3, nothing fancy. with twashtar you should do significantly better. procing isn't an issue, as the dnc JAs are on a short timer, but theres nothing you can really do to improve proc rate if you get a stubborn mob. basicaly, the faster you kill the faster you can get to procing the next mob.

as to dnc/thf vs thf/dnc - tbh, the extra TH lvs make a difference, but it isn't huge. if you can kill significantly faster on dnc/thf you'll get more that way. my dnc is 49 and staying there, so idk much about high lv DNC firepower, but some ppl claim to put out some good numbers, especially on EP fodder like nightmare mobs. 2 finishing moves/step landed and merited reverse flourish must count for something. But then again, proc = terror = walk behind the mob and SA WS = dead/almost dead mob, so thf has its perks too. I'd say try both and see how you do.

DNC/THF worked out pretty well. It's mostly due to kill speed from having DW4, full Haste Samba, more efficient CW3s, and wild flourish. Though, I have to say that I did miss hide for the few times that I linked bullshit.

My duo buddy and I got some Forgotten Steps off the stronger Nightmare mobs (Scorp gave 2, and Birds gave 1) in Bubu, tested with sub unlocked and locked, didn't seem to matter. Hopefully it's not zone based for each specific piece, I don't want to be fucking farming Tav for body pieces ugh. It sucked enough farming the -1 body pieces. Tried some weaker mobs people farm for coins, haven't got any Steps yet.

Qufim is Journey. They drop off EPs but at a much lower rate than DCs.

an Hr into Bubu and I have seen no forbidden xxx drop :: Thf/dnc Dnc/XXX. We're fighting the weaker of the two mobs as well

@Arthars Yep, got a total of 6 Forgotten Steps, we only killed a few DC-T Scorps and wiped to birds and decided to wait for level 99 and better jug pets to go back and try them lol. We averaged a Step a mob family phase (got one off a rabbit, then one off a weaker scorp > crawler.

The EPs have a bad drop rate. A group in my LS got 8 in a row off the higher level demons in xarc. Needs more testing obviously but the difference seems drastic. I'm starting to get concerned that no one has reported any umbral marrow.

We got 38 touches in valkurm off the DC mobs. Upgraded THF hands and the next trial is 20,000 xp in tavnazia or xarcabard.
