I just had a question about Dreamland areas. When using no subjob does the person need to follow same proc rules as everyone say its 8:00-16:00 and its JA proc time, does the person need to use JA proc also or is it different since they have no sub job? In my static our DNC never procs white only red !! in all our runs. There isnt alot of information about white in the wiki areas so maybe i missed something but any help would be welcomed.

As has been said multiple times, red!! has a chance to load as white!! if the person doing it has no SJ. Thats it, theres nothing else to it.

just a really low rate on white. for a couple of runs my group had 2 dnc/locked doing most of the procing and we never got a white either. yet some ppl will get 2 in 1 run 2boxing. dumb luck, and a 1-2% (or maybe even <1% ) proc rate

Curious if anyone else has noticed double Forgotten drops off of any mobs in dynamis at all since update yet

People claimed to get double drops off beastmen mobs (was it?) but I've never got more than one off Nightmare mobs, and I've been spamming dreamlands since the last update. Think I might have seen a SS somewhere also.

I didn't see that post from Helel actually, must have skipped over it some how, anyway was just curious since me and my roommate went and fought some of the higher level quads in Bastok yesterday and got one of them to drop 2 Forgotten Journeys, hard to tell which is the higher level mobs anymore though since every last quad checks Easy Prey now save the NMs. But nobody else in my ls which does dynamis regularly has ever seen a mob drop 2 or more yet which is why I was curious. However I did take a screenshot in case people wanted to see it.

I spent last 20 min in Valk today on orcs, but didnt get any double drop...infact the drop rate on forgotten's was similar to that of nightmare mobs (~20%). I didnt get any double off Nightmare either. However, in Sandy I was getting closer to a 40% drop rate on forgottens. I also got

The DNC/-- in my PT finally got a white proc yesterday. Took 4 runs till we saw one. Still worth it imo.

Killed 87 Nightmare mobs in qufim, no white proc (shocker), 20 journeys (~23% drop rate), no double drop again.

Has anyone seen a double journey drop in CoP zones...either on nightmare mobs or vanguards/hydra?


forgot to mention, between this post and my previous one, its all dc mobs.

I'm pretty sure I posted this previously, but CoP mobs will NOT double drop forgotten items. Only the city zones + beaucedine and xarcabard can double drop forgotten items. The DC mobs have a better drop rate obviously, and the DC hydra have an incredibly high drop rate on the head items (in beaucedine).

I can't verify from personal experience that jeuno can double drop, but I assume it can. The only reason I'm wondering is because it drops feet hands and legs items instead of just one. Plus jeuno DC mobs suck balls because they're so cluttered. Kept linking them from below.

Vanguard are single drop only in CoP zones. I've done both the yagudo in valkurm and kindred in tav (I know not vanguard but same drop rules) and only gotten single drops. No idea regarding the hydra in tav, but considering they're easy prey, I'm assuming the drop rate is very low (and probably not double).

I need to kill the original Dynamis bosses in Windy and Jeuno for Gjallarhorn upgrades. I imagine the NM itself is piss easy given the massive lvl difference, but I recall them casting Death. Anyone bother with them lately that they know how reasonable they are for a two boxing? Or is this really something I gotta bother other people for?

Stun death and you will have no troubles at all.

We just finished the trials yesterday. We had little trouble BLU + BRD. Sudden lunge sticks on the bosses no problem. You've just gotta be careful you don't get hit with stomp after stun wears (he'll stun you with stomp then cast death). This is especially true of the windy boss since he only casts death. This isn't an issue if you go /nin obviously.

Of course, sudden lunge can always miss!

We did attestations and animated horn as well. I had my RDM mule but I'm 100% sure you could do it without.

2boxed a few city wins for some ppl catching up in my group, thf/nin + rdm/blm. stun death and its too easy. depending on their 2 hr, it can be tougher getting a pop off the nms.

Jeuno win no problem (dnc/nin + brd/nin), just stun death pretty much, windy win again no problem(dnc brd bst), just sleep Adds with horde II, i had bst with me, he killed the boss before horde wore off, thou he had to use a number of pets... as they depop when you pop the boss... was able to kill 4 nms in under 10 min, with new Thf Jug, thou only one boss trigger dropped, weren't they 100% drops o.o

also after update i've been getting less white !! procs, with my usualy 2 dnc/lock + bst setup, whereas before update i had 1 each run, guess it was adjusted, yay (finished me horn before that^^)
