I've parsed 10 Dynamis's with SJ treasure hunter @~200 coins, where real treasure hunter 6+ is @~300+ coins. Basically, runs with DNC/00 and MNK/THF instead of MNK/DNC and THF/DNC. I've never got a white proc in all of those runs, and a white is required to make it worthwhile.

Whats the Average Kills for DNC/0 and MNK/THF vs MNK/DNC and THF/DNC. Killspeed may be causing some difference.

There's a whole lot of additional factors there beyond the change in TH. If anything, you just showed how much elimination of one subjob and one source of procs hurts your coin intake. MNK/DNC THF/DNC vs MNK/DNC DNC/THF would have been a better albeit still limited comparison.

So is BST the best way to farm Neo Dynamis now? My friend and I can pull 200 singles duo on average as THF and MNK, how much of an increase would we get if we leveled to BST?

I get 220+ coin consistently with BST soloing easy prey. Highest record was 280 coin when there was no competition.

I've received 4 white procs off roughly 20 runs.

Definitely the exception, not the rule. My old group tried 5 runs and no proc so we gave up.

Way back after white procs were found, I did 7 or 8 runs as dnc/--- dnc/--- thf/dnc, no white procs. Fuck white procs.

I got lucky :X, brought a DNC/0 to maybe 4 runs total, and got a White proc on 3 of those runs.

Do you have the DNC Solo their own mob while you guys proc others? We usually had our DNC Try to proc their on while we killed others, and their focus was only procing, once they proc'd, they moved on to another while we finished theirs off.

I had a horrible streak of over 20 runs without a subjob or white proc, but then I got a bunch on consecutive runs and ended up running around a 1% rate per mob procced (total number of 100-pieces divided by total number of procs in the same period).

my group had the guy going dnc just change to his kannagi nin/dnc and just mow mobs down. 17 runs without a white really pissed us off. Sooo envious of people who can get them semi consistently.

If i was looking to make some money/ farm some currency potentially for a relic weapon in the future as a solo nin/dnc (I suppose I would consider leveling dnc if it was really worth going CoP zones with no SJ) would cities/ice/CoP zones be better and is there any place I can look up some good solo camps?

Cities and the northlands would be great if mobs were grouped together by proc type in areas. And by "mobs were grouped together by proc type in areas", I mean "they got rid of all of the magic and weapon skill proc mobs".

Actually, PUPs can proc WS monsters using their JA attachments like Strobe. I hope all the BSTs switch to PUP/THF after the TH nerf.

So after raging at BST, I get to rage at PuP? Sweet, it's 2005-2007 all over again.

You won't be raging at PUPs, because they'll be fighting WS proc monsters while you're fighting JA proc ones. It would help congestion quite a bit.
