I'm looking to try Dynamis procing on a PUP. What Automaton skills will proc the WS !!s? Is it only the offensive ones like Flashbulb or will Stoneskin also proc it? Also any general thoughts on the subject?

If you're going to use the WHM auto, Flashbulb and Strobe, yeah. At least, against the mobs I cycled in Dyna, Disruptor wasn't very useful, as they didn't have any self-buff. Plus, IIRC, Disruptor is on a 2 min timer (or maybe I'm wrong? It seems too much now that I think of it...), versus the 30 seconds of Strobe and 40 seconds of Flashbulb. On any given mob you will only have the opportunity to proc 2-3 times with attachments, and another one from a WS. I think I parsed 50% proc rate that way.

I might be wrong but I think the original ADL is a different mob than the splits, so he technically depops and 2 new ones spawn in his place. I think this is the case cuz when I reapply debuffs like slow/addle it lands again on the new ones.

Debuffs drop when he splits. TH also resets.

Thats correct its completely different mobs when he splits.

One quick followup PUP question. In CoP Dynamis can my Automaton proc white of I unlock my sub job? One of the AH threads I was reading seemed to hint at this but I though I'd confirm here.

Should be, yeah. I don't know if it's worth it, considering the scarcity of white procs in general, and specially, how fundamental is /THF for a good profit.

I want to make sure, all the -1 Body pieces can drop from Clusters AND Leeches correct? Or do each mob have a different set of drops.

Basically, does the SMN -1 Body drop ONLY from Clusters, or from BOTH Clusters and Leeches?

It can drop from any of the DC Nightmare monsters.

Two questions

What's the advantage of farming DC mobs over the EP ones?

When going as BST to proc do you primarily use /dnc to get the proc? I'm farming with a few friends and we were wondering if it's necessary to be /dnc since we have healer mules and could keep our subjobs locked for white !!.

I don't know if currency rates are improved for DC over EP, but forgotten items drop a lot more often with DCs.

You'll be using /dnc to get the proc almost all the time. Don't lock your subjob as BST. It's not worth it.

DC mobs drop more coins and proc faster, but are harder to kill. They are for groups (2-3 man+). Soloers almost always do EPs.

If I'm taking out DC's, Usually when only if i duo, More efficient solo to just kill EPs on most jobs. But for the most part whats being said is correctish :D

Does that result in more coins? Or does plowing through EP mobs with TH result in more cons when some aren't proced?

Only reason to kill DC's is if all the good camps are taken or you want Forgotten Items.
