Ra'Gho Darkfount in Bastok.. popped with Odious Backscale near the Zeruhn Mines exit. DRK/SMN, would have handled but too many links and Wrath of Gu'dha hurt. Also got a Tome #6 from the Effigy using the Steelwall Bijou near the Gusta exit.

Has anybody got a hundred piece yet? I'm thinking they might drop off the statues still, possibly. Either way, currency drop rates are abysmal. Hopefully there's something we don't know yet.

thoughts....

1) Currency is going to be expensive as shit until they fix this (as It will probably be bitched about considerably on the official forums). If they dont' fix it, well.... fuck there goes my spharai
2) 18 man alliance is probably gonna be your best bet to farm currency/attestations/etc. Atleast until the level cap raises again. I was evading decently on my THF with full haste gear (my TP set would be good about a year ago, but anyway) capped evasion.
3) Dyna strategies are going to be completely revamped to accomplish the most farming/time/kills etc. Think Salvage when folks knew shit all about how to farm a run to the fullest.

Not enough info to come with that conclusion is my thoughts. Maybe sooner than later we find out how to trigger yellow on NMs and 100 pieces drop like candy.

Also not sure if old Dynamis had this, but slept Rappertounge's Avatar in Sandy, then he 2 houred then charmed me. Once charm was off, the avatar proceeded to Astral Flow me, lol.

in xarc the NM smn lottery spawned off a NQ smn we were fighting near Dynamis Lord. Dropped horn and 100piece. Trio'd run mnk/whm/thf and only ended up getting like 10 singles and a 100. Probably 20 af peices though.

Lack of map is really annoying, especially when LS mates can just hop in at any time to assist. Beau/Xarc going to be fun for latecomers....


Any word on what's true-sound? Stones seem to still aggro the normal way. Didn't check on beastmen NMs yet.

The change sounds great for casual players that don't want to wait in line for an AF2, go in and solo a few mobs and see if they get lucky. Farming coins is another story, probably what you said is correct, an 18 man alliance clearing everything in a circle as many times as possible.

I'm leaning towards this, maybe even without triggers still having a good drop rate.

It makes sense if you think about it (maybe even specific ones) as the Dynamis version of emps-- kill boss for 50ish drops.

Staggers in Dynamis are so fucked. Provoke = Red Stagger. Tachi: Fudo = Red Stagger. Only two staggers we've managed to do in Beaucedine all night.

I think we're about to end with like ~5 bynes, 1 bronzepiece. Four of the bynes came from red stagger (one mob dropped three...)

We managed to get like 4 pieces of AF and about 5 pieces, we were lazy and wanted to go fuck around and brought mages to xarc for lulz. Those respawn rates are intense.

Just did Xarc tonight with Cabelas LS on Ragnarok. Went to the gates of Castle Zvahl, a ??? there asks for a Shrouded Bijou OR 5 of those Fiendish Pages, 26-30. We got a Demon Pen off a normal mob and found the ??? that you use it on; it's in a tower near where what would be the zone to Uleguerand Range. It popped Count Haagenti, who is a PLD and SMN with 2 hrs of both, usable repeatedly. It goes down very slowly indeed, and we did not kill it with 8. We then gave up for the night and noticed that you no longer have a glass to drop to leave... However, if you return to the entrance and click the target named "Somnial Threshold", it will ask you if you want to leave.

Just got out of a xarc run. We went in with 10, but 2 were being dual boxed. Pretty much got every possible af drop, multiple of most, except for bst (fortunately), and of course rdm and thf. Managed to get 2 time extensions from statues, both dropped key items. We also killed a few satellite mobs, and got the Celestial Goad pop item (from the staves). The ??? for it is where the teleport crystal would normally be, and is used to spawn Animated Staff. We popped it and killed it I think with 7 of us there. Uses sleepga and aoe petrify very frequently. Ended up killing it and it dropped a Celestial Fragment.

Had about 5 min left and ran around a bit, and found Count Vine up and wandering around (was just west of the telepoint on top of the hill).

Also found that although most of the mobs conned EP to 90, there were a few small groups that were conning T-VT.

Took SS of everything if anyone really wants to see em I will post em

Curious, which NMs? We only ever came across Rotgums, and he dropped some Bijou used in front of Fei'Yin. Also have the zone being T-VT Hydras with stupid defense makes me angry.

And yeah It is pretty early to tell, the pesimist in me is thinking it's gonna be bad for a while. What's the best place to post !! proc info as it comes in? otherwiki or this thread? Maybe keep OP updated with proc info?

Did a quick run around Windy, was only 2 of us so only fought a few things. Got 15 min TE from a statue at the Windy Waters exit, past the death house.

For anyone wondering, I ran to the Bubu Heiroglyphics right after our Windy test and got the "Present the Timeless Hourglass" message, so the timers are definitely unlinked now. If I can get my Dynamis group back together we'll pop in to a CoP zone sometime soon and confirm that those zones are changes at all or not. Most likely not, but you never know...
