I was considering the xarc path as well, but I ran into one tinsy flaw with that plan.

Byne bills on my server are the rarest of the bunch, which makes them difficult to find and stupidly expensive where as the coins are the ones i find the most offten. I can undercut the prices to sell faster, but the inital problem of finding the bills still comes into play.

Attestation mobs are chumps now. I triboxed (3BST) the ones for my Guttler with a little help from a BLM friend to randomly sleep the wyvern. You can probably do with evasion tank + healer (maybe not with the NIN, but we did the WAR/PLD/RNG one too for fun, and it was easier than the BST/SMN/DNG one).

The drop rate on the Attestation NM pop items is pretty bad though, in a 2hr run we only got 3 of the 10 we needed (with TH). Might take a few sessions to get it all done.

Appreciate it...3 pops in 2h, hopefully finish up tomorrow. Are the attestation mobs themselves hard, or pushovers like the other bosses? I've got Quibitiel for horn and it pops adds like Tee Zicu Idol does, but we just killed him before his adds mattered with only a couple DD's.

I did the horn attestation NM for someone in my LS. It doesn't spawn with adds anymore. It's a cakewalk.

You need to kill mobs for the jobs that the mob is, not for the weapons that the NM drops attestations for. Quiebitiel trigger drops from WHM, BRD, and BLM mobs since those are the jobs he is. THF mobs will drop triggers for Mildaunegeux, who is THF/NIN/MNK even though he drops tests for Katana, H2H, and Gun. I need 4 more kills for Horn/Dagger still >.> Going back this weekend to hopefully get a few more, if not finish. Only have 1 trigger atm though and the droprates are sucky on the pop items...

The drops rates aren't too bad. I easily tri-boxed 5 kills in two nights, with time to spare.

No one has exactly worked up statistics on it, but the impression is that all weaponskills have the same chance of proc. I personally spam Wasp Sting with great success.

I don't see why not. Any spell will do it on the mage mobs. Last time I went to Dynamis, I would keep a mage slept as BRD and cycle through all of my Threnodies until I triggered while the others worked on another target.

For anyone that hasn't fought the Arch-Glacier boss:

Ensure you bring CSS or PD for the last phase of the eye.

The eye goes Eye -> Boss Statue -> Dragon -> Eye and will immediately Chainspell after the dragon phase (which is even more deadly if the dragon ends with AoE full dispel TP move). However, even with shell5 on everyone, CS Thundaja -hurts-, especially when he goes Thundaja -> Dispelga -> Thundaja -> Thundaja -> Thundaja in about 4 seconds.
