I've got: BLM NIN WAR PUP DRG RNG BLU RDM DRK BRD from doing just Crawler/Mandy/Scorpion so yes, free for all.

Still limited within zones though, so I'll have to do Valkurm for Etoile Cape because for some reason they made it only drop in one zone.

On a similar note, has anyone managed to proc the Dragon NMs? We couldn't seem to last night, I think.

While you and Em were taking care of TEs, the rest of us had proc'd on Stihi and we just got a single off it. I can't remember which type, unfortunately.

Speaking of 100s, we didn't proc on Apocalyptic Beast, so when we killed it, we just got the tome. Can it still drop 100s (or multiples like it could before the update)?

If it's anything like the cities then yes, just same low (5%ish) drop rate on 100 pieces.

I would like to note that I've said previously that you CAN proc the dragon mobs. However, despite 5/5 TEs I always get a greyellow !! for a short-term terror and a single piece. The only one I didn't proc on was Barong and he only dropped the Shadescale Femur.

I haven't been able to proc on Apoc Beast either, though it may be similar to the boss statues in the original Dynamis areas; you can't proc them, but there's a chance for drops from it anyway (I have personally gotten... 2? Total M. Silverpieces from the boss in Sandy). I will let you know if I see one or multiple pops drop from Apoc Beast.

As for questions on NMs: NMs are all lotto spawned; I check my Widescan fairly constantly after I've proc'd a mob and had no luck, yet if I kill the PHs I know (I found the Gobby RDM and BST PHs) then they're fairly likely to spawn. Oddly, both times I've killed the BST PH the BST NM popped 1/1... might be just because no one goes after it.

Last night in Valk I went in as a Bst duo again (both Bst/dnc).

Went from Treants to Flys to Hippos. Obviously start on the JA-mob corresponding to the time. They are all somewhat near each other.
The whole run as JA procing only, switching families every 8 game hours. In the Bst duo we came out with 250 coins total. My partner also DC’d for a good 20 minutes. And a few times ran off to check other mobs. So I think in a perfect run we could break 300.

Things missing on the page are
Nightmare flys (west of selbina) drop Bynes
Nightmare flytraps (southeast of EP yags) drop Bynes

Both shared same JA proc time which was different from shell/bronze mobs.

Not sure how it was in the past but Treants in valk dropped a large number of SAM belts and the occasional Blm accessory. Like…a lot of Sam belts. Sometimes 3 in the pool.
Hippo dropped Thf head -1 and smn belt

I would help test other areas if needed but…im 1200 shells away from Guttler. GUTTLER THIRSTY!!!!

Dynamis - San d'Oria :: Vanguard Dollmaster and Amputator
Dynamis - Valkurm :: Nightmare Funguar and Sheep
Dynamis - Buburimu :: Nightmare Cockatrice, Eft, and Uragnite
Dynamis - Tavnazia :: All nightmare mobs. AF2-1 drops seem to be segregated by floors now, with legs on floor 1 and bodies on floor 2 as per SargentRemora's post.

The drops for:
Dynamis - Buburimu :: Lost Barong, Lost Stihi, Lost Alklha, Lost Aitvaras, and Arch Apocalyptic Beast (5 NMs)
Dynamis - Valkurm :: Lost Nant'ina, Lost Stcemqestcint, Lost Fairy Ring, and Arch Christelle (4 NMs)
Dynamis - Qufim :: Lost Suttung, Lost Scolopendra, Lost Stringes, and Arch Antaeus (4 NMs)
Dynamis - Tavnazia :: Diabolos Lecturn, Diabolos Nox, Diabolos Umbra, Diabolos Somnus (4 NMs, unclear structure)

So we have potentially up to 17 NMs, and Slycer pointed out 22 probable drops. That means there's likely more drops.

This is one of the only testimonies as far as Tav goes. Tomorrow night I'll probably try to duo that and see how it goes.

My two back-to-back runs may just be a fluke, but I'm getting the same -1's from Crabs/Crawlers... Now, it may just be my incredibly small sample, but when you get 6xBST-1 2xDNC-1 2xPLD-1 from Crawlers and 3xWHM-1 2xRDM-1 2xNIN-1 3xSAM-1 from Crabs (MNK-1 came from somewhere too, only 1 dropped, didn't farm Mandies on the second run, did reg AF instead cuz I entered as DNC/BLM herp!) you start this think that something is awry <.<

Curse them for destroying my cocks! Nice that I can remove it from the table though. I was wondering why Bubu had 10. Qufim kind of gets shafted with only 6 Nightmare Rocs, but so it goes. I will check my logs for -1 drops. I know I got the same -1 from different mobs though.

Fair enough, just seemed a bit odd for me is all. When you see 6 BST-1's, you start thinking that perhaps either the game is telling you to level BST, or stop trying to get what you actually want.

Then again, as conscious beings, we are programmed to find patterns in everything.
