Anyone know where the other 2 TE-5 spawns are in Valk? I won't be able to check for a few days. =/

Found my 10m pops around those areas. Don't think your TE-5 can be that far right since it's EP stuff there. Same with TE4 since that area is high level stuff. I can be wrong about that though. I could not find the higher level quadavs so I don't know where that last 20m TE is. Did not go to secret beach, it was taking too long to find/kill TEs and not die as nin instead of my usual blm 1shots 210 currency in about 1hour farming, 30-40m looking for TE, 10-20m weakened and/or running around seeing what would be best to fight. 3manned 2nin/dnc 1thf/dnc.

So just to clarify, accessories can drop off any mob now, not just the restricted ones that used to drop them? If yes, do the nightmare mobs have a higher drop rate now over regular mobs?

I killed only one NQ beastmen so I can't say for sure, but any Nightmare mob can drop any accessories now. I doubt beastmen can drop them. Nightmare mobs are actually easier than NQ beastmen because they can't 2-hour and the TP moves that made them so horrible at 75 are pretty stupidly weak now.

I believe so; from Nightmare Mandragoras I found the BLM belt, MNK back, and BLU back while I was farming Mandragoras/Crawlers. It might still be zone-specific, but I don't think it's family-specific anymore.

If you're aiming for -1s, Accessories, or currency, find a nice camp of Nightmare mobs, preferably JA ones on different timers close together for best procing luck. If you're going for AF2 (like I am... curse that BST body and DNC head being so elusive...) then go for beastmen.

Well currency would be a bonus but mostly going for accessories, and maybe war hands since I never got those in Jeuno years ago and need them to store the rest of the set and open up some inventory space. <.<

Probably obvious, but the TE's move in Bubu as well. Wasted a good 30m looking for the VT Yagudo camp.

VT Quads are ~J8, Yags are ~K9

Didn't hurt currency though, again pulled 167 in 65m lol.

Yes 250 total (not 500 spilt between 2 people) and yes, all single pieces. No 100s.
I always empty my inventory of coins so I can tell if it was a good or bad run. Been doing dynamis almost non-stop for about 4 months (I WANT GUTTLER). Once we exited my exact breakdown was
139 shells, 66 Bronze, 44 Bynes. So 249*** my apologizes. And now that I think back, the reason for more shells was because we stayed at treants for one of the 8 hour periods and did WS procs instead of moving to a different family for JAs.
Bst/dnc duo. Got the 5 TEs with in 10 minutes (gotta love widescan). Fought the same families together but different mobs.

The map in xera post was still a little off (for me at least)
TEs 1,2,3 & 5 were correct. The Warchief was again at the Oasis by TE1 slightly west in that same square. This was the 2nd time there was no TE at F-8 as pointed out on the map.

I saw SAM, DNC, and WAR from Crawlers/Mandies as well, to concur. Seems Nightmare mobs can drop ANY -1 as well rather than limiting it by family. At least that means there's the option for alternative camps if a big one gets taken.

Honestly, there's so many spots you can camp at here, it's crazy.

Only nightmare mob camp [from the ones we tried] that could be dangerous is the one for scorpions, because you could have Barong just deciding to pass by there and chill with your party.

But even then, he's a bit of a pushover at this level anyway.

so MNK (or THF or DNC w/e) + WHM 2box should be able to get 100 currency each day easy right? like low-ball estimates (based on people getting 150+)

Yeah I don't see why not. I basically sit there and do steps etc until proc, occasionally voking. Once proc'd I swap the THF's target and smite the shit out of the frozen mob. The EP go down pretty fast

Would like to confirm that Efts are on Bronze, Urganites on Bynes, giving it three on each currency... a pattern from SE, who would have thought?

done bubu run, couldn't find TE 4 for the longest time.... got 50 o bronze in 20min killing ep mandies, .... a lot of mobs, same type weakness trigger, SE finally hit the jackpot, i think i'm in love, killed the dragon that aggroed while killing dhalmels, mostly used petra eyes, curse wore off quick, no proc, easy and fun... will finish my relic a lot faster now, and prices will drop... waaaay down^^

In Beaucedine a couple days ago, I found TE-1 all the way down by TE-3, idk if someone pulled it there on purpose, or they just aggroed it, but it wasn't the first time I couldn't find TE-1 for a bit.

My first run the gobby statue was down by Yagudo as well... I think it can spawn right at the base of the cliff for whatever reason. I've also seen it spawn down there once.
