Quick question, can "Fight" or w/e JA that makes BST pets attack proc?
I could have sworn i saw Deploy did, But just wondering if anyones seen it.

So if ya have to go with a LS run on a dreamland (12-14 people), what strategy you guys recommend?
For currency or NMs?
If NMs, bring a strong tank or two, a Summoner and Bard for Earthen Armor/Scherzo, one more healer than you have tanks, and various safe DDs. There is not a lot of information about most of the NMs, so it is best to be safe for the moment.
If currency, split up into small THF or DNC (no sub) + healer groups. Have the Healer sub THF if it's a Dancer.
‘fight’ has never worked for me. Tried Tame a lot to but tame will always fail if you currently have a pet out. and I think you need to land the hit.
However, feral howl works as well as charm.
I've used Feral Howl to proc, Charm too... Shame i can't use charm when i have a petmakes me sad.
I was looking to do Dynamis without a subjob on BST, I guess my best bet would be WS mobs.
Edit: Either way, I got a DNC Friend to join me :D
I added this section to try and summarize some of the information we've gotten lately on the CoP System. Please let me know if anything is unclear or left out. Also, Tav now has a spot in the table.
I also went and filled out probable drops. So far everything we have fits:
6 Aife's : Qufim (3 NMs + Boss, 3 Rare, 3 R/Ex)
7 Tjukurrpa : Buburimu (4 NMs + Boss, 4 Rare, 3 R/Ex)
6 Moepapa : Valkurm (3 NMs + Boss, 3 Rare, 3 R/Ex)
So it looks like it's following the pattern of the re-worked city zones (1 Rare per NM, 3 R/Ex for boss). Based on that and the information we have, I'm basically down to "Which Lost NM do the Tjukurrpa items come from?"
I'm leaving them on the wiki without verification tags because I think people will be more likely to log in to BG to tell me I'm wrong than to tell me that I'm unsure about something that's incorrect.
i'll tell you one better, if number of people isn't an issue
today i went during JP prime and seen how they do it
A. War/thf thf/rdm rdm, whm (all had subs unlocked)
war had every -pdt/dmg gear, he pulled entire family of mobs, when i entered he was holding Bunnies, all mages were spamming Diaga, for procs, magic trigger
at other times would pull crabs and mandies, Do few Cataclysms (with staff for WS procs) then fell cleave them till none are left
B. Ochain pld and dagger in main hand, seen few even solo like that, with great success i might add, pull group, like 10 usually, and then just spam A. edge
(probably the reason i see so many JPs asking for buy C. souls 1m a pop, lol)
everyone in zone had subs, which to me seemed like a big mistake, i'm going to try these 2 strats starting tomorrow, Pld burn > war burn
today was thf and nin spamming A.edge, only got 214, i think JP war burn group got at least 500, and if he didn't have sub, it could be like 1k coins, not even kidding!!!
Have you looked at 95 relics recently or are you too busy with that chip on your shoulder? A number of them are already better than their Empyrean counterparts unless 95 Emps got a significant boost, and given that only a handful of Emps at best will be 95 at the next update their competition is really the same old level 90 versions right now.
This is what I do with RDM mule and BLU. I pull them all with BLU, and whirl of rage to keep hate (also procs). Use Actinic burst whenever it's up, auroral drape, etc etc (any AoE spells you want), then the RDM just spams diaga. I've tried both WS and magic method; the magic method is MUCH better.
Also, there's no way they got 500+ currency. The repops are too long. We got 361 today with 3 of us. Could maybe get 400 if I had done the magic procs earlier. We mainly did WS this run.
Both days we've gone without SJ and have yet to see 100 drop though.
Its kinda hard to tell because some relics have unique things that are kinda hard to compare to just damage from empys. Situationally those things can easily be worth more then few % of damage more.
In term of pure damage relics that beats or are equal (95vs95 assuming empy got no invisible boost) to empy counterparts are probably:
- Scythe (might be close but drain and haste easily makes Apoc better option)
- Great Sword (Im not sure on trash mobs but on harder for sure)
- Bow (again close on trash mobs in favor of empy probably and in favor of relic on harder, obviously outside only. Once again unique ability of static low hate from namas is a giant advantage on something like VW when you dont want to pull hate at all)
- Gun (Here situation is kinda different. Relic will win on anything that is physical weak and empy on everything that takes more magic (less physical) damage )
- Polearm
- Dagger (Im not sure but they are definitely very close in favor of relic but maybe I am wrong?)
- Club
- Axe
Now the one I am not sure:
- Sword (Pretty much depends of the situation I think. Empy being better on low/middle def mobs and assuming you can WS at all or WS with CDC. Relic being better when you fight very defensive mob and when you not WS that often or try to stagger doing other WS than CDC)
And relics that currently slightly or a little more losing
- Katana assuming you can keep aftermath up
- Gaxe assuming you can keep aftermath up
- GKT assuming you can keep aftermath up
- H2h probably even w/o aftermath up XD
Now there is still space for 2h relics that are equal or losing to be equal or win whenever accuracy on them have a significant use.
How so to the bolded part exactly? Magic has like a 5% chance to proc, WS something like 20% from what I've seen. When I was doing Beauce daily I HATED fighting magic mobs, could spend a good 3-4 min per mob spamming the ninjitsu ele wheel and still not get a proc. Since I started doing AOE WS procs the past week + in COP zones, we've only not procced 1 mob, and it takes half the time.
Doing Qufim tomorrow for friends Tav access, what are the names of the usable items that drop from the NM's to prevent their tp/2 hour spam?
When we did Buburimu boss using the blood seemed to prevent 2 hours for the duration of the fight - has anyone confirmed this or will it eventually?
