Didn't seem to work on Wazir, but worked right away on shah soon as wazir was dead - just once though, hasn't happened a 2nd time with all wars spamming it.

Edit: 10mins in it worked again on Shah, seconding 5min timer.

Yeah, it's a 5min cooldown between being able to use, and re-use. 3 more min until Sarbaz face-rapes me when I confirm you have to engage them first for timer to start...

On a side note, I hope we're not having to wait long for the next update, cause I could really use this on the public servers.

Far as I know this is live now. The post on page 116 of this thread was not on the test server.

Summary so far:

Can be used every 5 mins, starting at 5mins in to each fight
Resets all procs, may not reset ext proc if it's already been hit
Person with hate needs to be the one to use /fume

Definitely is current hate-holder only that can do it. Don't think there's much else to test.

There's also at least one Ls on siren that was keeping it a secret thanks to being retarded. They were using /fume motion in order to keep it a ls secret.
