mainly @ Slycer, care to explain how upgrading works from Jueno II -> III? is it kill all t2, then upgrade to III then get CS/emblem at palace?

and if you've done Zilart upgrading too, a little bit about it would be nice.

JP with 2 Heavy Metal Plates in his bazaar claims he got them from Jeuno Voidwatch tier 3, so there's some more corroboration.

Yes, can kill 1 and hold the other, won't resummon the first.

To upgrade to T3 for the Jeuno VW, when you've done all 6 T2, you will get a CS when talking to a voidwatch officer. They tell you to go to Jeuno's palace. After the CS there, you'll receive the Voidwatcher's emblem: Qufim and White stratum abyssite III. For whatever reason, while in posession of the T2 stratum abyssite, the Voidwatch Officers always said it had no signs of growth even after having 5 T2s done.

Ya, I added that info to BG Wiki last night. You only use the Atmacite Refiner to upgrade from I to II, you get III from finishing that quest. I'm not positive on Zilart yet, but it must be all quest-related, since there isn't even an option to examine Ashen at the Atmacite Refiners.

Zilart I > II was kill all T1's > Talk to Kazham/Rabao NPC(Potentially optional) > Kieran > Gilgamesh > Kieran, no examining needed, just CS at all of them.

Is there a consensus on how often they drop from the T3? I'm operating under the assumption that anyone who is able to kill them has at least one emp weapon themselves (or at the very least an ls member that does). If that assumption is true (and why shouldn't it be since killing t3 voidwatch is more difficult than farming an emp) then the amount of these on the open market will be limited. I'm expecting to have to farm most or all of them. That is a daunting task if the droprate is 100% from t3 (1500 fights). It's an impossible one if its 25%.

Didn't see it before(Saw plate but not Periapt), but

Periapt+Coercion+Plate. Seems about half the Alli got plates. I don't have any jeuno progress, missed the T1 run.

noticed a pattern on Giltine in Eldieme [S] ... he will use Momento Mori -> a spell -> charm, if you stun Mori or the spell, he won't carry out the pattern, and won't charm, problem is if the spell he picks is an enfeeble, almost instant cast and can't break pattern then will have to focus on the charm itself, which is instant too, also near end of fight his spikes were doing 2k dmg, he gets Shock spikes while he is casting spells...was doing 50 damage tops and all of a sudden its 2k, don't know what triggered it

any strategies for the worm in Garlaige Citadel (S) and the flan in Garlaige Citadel present ?

Those were the easiest ones for me. The Flan is easy to steamroll, proc/kill. Only threatening thing is AoE encumberence. Has a potent regen though. The sandworm seemed to be a generic sandworm, just with more HP. Dispel after it absorbs buffs mainly.

just killed Sandworm on 2nd try...with 9 seconds left on the clock, the problem with flan is we did it last night with 12, didn't have enough damage, what i want to ask is whats best damage method ?

I'm guessing that the plates are approximately the same drop rate as Silver Mirrors from T1/T2... which wouldn't be that bad if you didn't need 5x as many. That being said... pouches, wru?
