Is Plank Opening physical dmg or magical? I'm taking upwards 1.5k in close to 50% -PDT gear, and the same in capped MDT... I thought I saw SS of people taking almost no dmg from it, its pretty ridiculous.

Probably due to EA+Scherzo, I'm not entirely sure what type of damage it is either.

TP moves are physical damage if you're contemplating whether to use fanatics or not.

It's magical dark based (always hit diabolos for 100~ dmg). Does 50% more damage if shield is up, his nukes and Malign Invocation too (this trait is also applicable for Iratham)

Like Tachi said both his AoE dmg tp moves are magic.

15 ukko's he was probably slacking, not eating food, not using potions for you to beat him. Then again his ukko avg is pretty high. Maybe he was only wsing with high tp, and not 100%.

Even with a mythic polearm, I highly doubt you would win either. Proper setup, a war can non stop ukko just as fast.
I don't use food, full time pdt/twilight, still usualy win all parses in all the qilin I've parsed.

Did you tell people you were parsing? Performance tends to go up when peeps know you gonna compare after etc, vs you going all out vs them not really trying their hardest since it's so easy.

For like the 17th time, I didn't win in the parse I posted It was 17% to 14%. The ones I *have* won are probably due to other people being shitty, yeah. Although I disagree with you about not winning with mythic. That'll have to wait until alexandrite becomes more available though >_< 5k/30k and I can't find it anywhere. AND I HAVE ALL THIS STUPID MONEY!

It really seems like Akvan doesn't drop the Omphalos Bullet anymore... since that update that "fixed" the Moon Amulet drop rate, we haven't seen a single bullet. Is anyone else having this problem? We've killed it maybe 16-20 times now with a packed alliance, got 4-5 bodies, but not a single bullet.

Edit: now that I think about it, I don't think we've gotten any headbands either....

Someone in our Akvan PT last night got 2 Voidwatch-specific drops in one chest, a Heavy Metal and an Akvan's Pennon. I don't have the SS obviously since it wasn't my chest, but I'll try to have them post an SS of the log. Not sure if I've ever seen a report like that, but it would seemingly be an argument for using Cobalt if you can get more than one VW-specific drop from a fight.

Pretty sure Akvan Penon is considered a mat, so nothing out of the ordinary there. I'd like to see someone get an equipment drop + metal plate or another equipment piece. Until that is proven possible I'm only trading red cells and maxing red lol.

Did 12 Qilin last night, got 4 boots, 2 necks, 4 scrolls and only traded red. Really tired of people slowing kills down to cap blue.

I usually just trade in red, I'm fine without my 30 Logs and Coral Fragments.

Not to say blue doesn't do anything, But until someone proves to me higher blue ups my chance of getting a rare drop, I'll save my Cruor/Gil from buying Cobalt.

Odd rule for me, I'm okay with doing Blue lights, Just won't waste cruor/gil on Cobalt Cells until someone tells me it does more than give me another Log.

So you got super lucky huh? Not trading blue and not going for blue you get like 1-2 items?

3 was the norm, generally blue gets close to the soft cap just from zerging Qilin.

TP moves are physical damage if you're contemplating whether to use fanatics or not.

Just for clarity, not all of the Voidwatch TP moves are physical damage, but Fool's Drink never blocks TP moves, and Fanatic's Drink blocks both magical and physical TP moves aside from a very small number of exclusions (offhand I know Gravitic Horn is not blocked, I'm sure there are a couple of others).
