I get the point of heels, I can see how they can be tasteful and flattering, but I don't find them particularly appealing over other footwear unless said footwear is particularly gaudy or completely mismatched (hi-tops with a suit or something). Yes I might look at your legs, but I probably will pay no attention to your feet.
