<Excellence> A group of FFXI players that now play WoW, we are looking to recruit 1 Resto Druid or Holy Paladin for our core 10 man group. If you are recruited, you will be raiding, not taking a bench seat.

Raid Times:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday: 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM PST.(occasionally we will go 15-30minutes over, but try to hold this end time)

Progression:
6/13 HM - V&T, Maloriak, Atramedes, Halfus, Chimaeron, and Magmaw on farm.

We provide Cauldrons and Repairs if you are raiding with us. You must provide food and pots. Attendance is 100% required, part of the reason why we raid later at night is so peoples RL doesn't get in the way. If we have a member miss a raid, our hands are tied for the night as we run with a tight group of 10 and I refuse to PUG. Occasionally, off nights are scheduled to raid if people would like to devote more time to learn a progression encounter, but its not mandatory.

To fill this 1 open raiding slot we are looking for an exceptional player, good attitude and can take constructive criticism without throwing a temper tantrum over it. That will not fly. If you are comfortable with 12/12 and close to an iLV of 359 that is a plus. Gemming, enchanting, talents and glyphs will all be put into consideration with your application. If any of these are off you will not be considered unless you can back-up why as we want somebody who understands priorities and how to play their class to the max.

In your application provide your age, a screenshot of your UI in a raid setting, WoL's, armory, list of addons used and anything else that you would like to tell us about yourself(past MMOs, hobbies, etc). Provide your application in this thread or VIA PM. Any questions can be PM'd or sent directly in game to Clí on Nazjatar.

Updating this, 6/13 now on farm and Resto Shaman spot is filled. However we would still love to get a solid, Resto Druid or Holy Paladin. Would even consider a Priest possibly.

Thanks, one of our members(Stanislav) is the founder/creator of http://guildwork.com so he deserves the credit. I'm pretty sure the guild webpage is free, just register sign up and any guild can use. Quite a few people use it for FFXI and WoW, its has some pretty neat tools and does look sweet! Still looking for a healer to join us, don't be shy!

Yes hes the big bad russian who lead Excellence with an Iron Fist(lol) in XI, now hes a softy who just raids on his Lock. I'd say @ least 1/2 of our 10man group is past EX XI people, rest are from other XI LS's.
