Or his podcast. I remember he talked about his plans for the future in one episode -- how he wanted to create late night for food network. That said, I do watch Cutthroat Kitchen every week, so I can't be too unhappy.

I've seen AB live too, he's great. I could never get into cut throat kitchen. I hate it when these great chef's leave the actual cooking part behind and go onto pure hosting stuff.
