SiatDiat started one called LuckyStrikes, but I don't know if people even use it now. Every time I put the pearl on there was 0-1 people in it. Good luck with Banned! I'd join it, but I can't say I'd be active as I'm in a social that people from my old HNMLS created.

I play FFXIV still too but I basically just craft all day and get nothing done. I hate the battle system.

Alright, I still have my character from when I quit I believe so I may go with that. Starting from scratch would seem to be crazy. Yeah XIV has my interests... I'm just struggling to try and accomplish anything for long periods of time. At least XI made you work for something. We got time though.

Yea, I was considering paying for my little brother to get into FFXI but I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Too addicting at times. It would break his concentration on school amongst other things. Would be nice to play a game with him but I can't place the burden, that is FFXI, upon him.

@Valisk - I am the same way. Reminds me I should smack my friend and his brother for introducing me to the game all those years ago. At least now it is feasible to play more casually.

Ended up on Bahamut (IGN: Glick). Already have a 90 RDM + 59 WHM. Pretty gimped gear wise.

Spamming GoV in Maze of Shakarami -> Garlaige -> CN got me to 70 (thanks level sync in CN), at which point I Abyssea'd to 90 in 2 days (only held back by having to kill Rubys for a testimony).

Working on BLM now. Planning to do Shakarami until 30 or so and then just kill BST pets. They're worth 300-500 per kill now (more with chain) thanks to the XP changes, lol


Also did all of CoP in 3 days at 90. Only needed help for Omega, Tenzen, Pot BC, and Promathia (and someone to hold the door in Sacrarium, such bullshit lol)

Hey, i'm a returning player on Siren, and starting from scratch. My favorite jobs when I quit were BLU and SMN (and to a leser extent BRD), and I was wondering if either of them were considered worthwhile to hit 90 first with.
