The 4th guy that was the other friend's replacement was a frequently appearing character. Neighborhood drug dealer and often gets into shenanigans with them.

I don't understand why this show isn't getting more praise. I'm starting to worry if it'll get picked up for future seasons. I look forward to this as much as I do South Park on Wednesdays.
