It's not really connected to XIII, only uses the same weird terminology etc., but you're not missing on story or anything. (that's what it has been renamed to Type-0 from Agito XIII)

Well you would need dump the ISO from your phsyical copy, which requires CFW and then patch the game and throw the iso on your psp with CFW. Only reason to buy physical copy is to support the company I guess.

psp emulator has been crashing when I alt-tab. rawwrgghhh

also, when you're doing stuff between missions like walking on the world map or whatever. the two mates that join you depend on the order you have in the reserve. I thought it was random but I kept getting Ace and Deuce. So far I'm liking the game a lot

If it weren't for the fan translation dropping, there might not have been a localization announcement. Note the lack of hard details, smells like a last minute decision.

Update: An earlier headline for this post stated that Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is coming to PS Vita, which was incorrect. Type-0 is coming to PS4 in North America and Europe.
