Takeshi Koike has crafted a masterpiece of animation. Utilizing Madhouse Studio’s impressive talent, he took the classic elements of a race film, and pushed them to limits that could only be accomplished in animation. If you love the art form of anime, Redline is sweet ecstasy. If you hate anime, Redline is something that will blow your mind. When this bad boy hits DVD/BD later this year, do what every you have to, be it fight a school of zombie’s with Piranha’s for heads, or ride a Pegasus, to see this film.

I wish I had given up on Index, instead I kept watching it, why God, why. I've seen the entire thing plus Railgun AND its OAVs, and I can't figure out what's wrong with me that I kept watching it, I didn't even like the 2nd season of Index >_>

The August issue of Square Enix's Gangan Joker magazine is announcing on Friday that Cocoa Fujiwara's Inu × Boku SS manga is being adapted into a television

The Shirakiin house's daughter, Shirakiin Riricho, who has a complex about being unable to live independently and unprotected, feels the need to move out and live on her own under the condition of residing in the mansion named "Ayakashi Kan." In this mansion, only those who have cleared a very strict examination could reside in it, and for each resident, they are accompanied with one agent of the Secret Service (S.S.). Although Riricho has rejected the company of the S.S., while residing in the mansion she finds out that the agent dedicated to protecting her is actually the Fox Spirit whom she previously rescued.

Note - Gangan Joker is a shounen magazine. Despite the art-style, this is a shounen manga

Mid-July purchase:

I was able to get my sister back into anime thanks largely to Honey and Clover, K-on and Arrietty the Borrower. since it's her birthday soon decided to buy for her Toradora and Azumanga Daioh. I know she will adore both ^^b

I must say Katanagatari Premium Edition is amazing, once again NIS America did a fantastic job.

Penguin Drum Ep 2/3

Oh my god that was Amazing. Not just "kind of" Amazing, but truly, overwhelmingly Amazing. Yup Ikuhara is still king and I love every second of it.

The penguins continue to be awesome.

Watch the first episode and figure it out yourself. No answer could capture what the story is really about.

It's one of the most enjoyable anime this season, I doubt you would regret it.

I won't comment on the novel, as they may actually be good. But the anime is terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone watch it if they want to give the Index universe a fair chance.

Of course, the novel could be trash too but I don't know that much. I'd give it far more of a chance than the anime though.
