Call me racist, but I just find it a little off having the character's portrayed by Japanese.
Not really much that could be done about that though given the popularity of the series over there vs. here. Hope the trailer will show some more insight on the structure. I'm mainly curious what the pacing will be like since we'll have to deal with reading a fansub.

Yeah the characters are japanese but when localized here they're American. Well some of them. Not sure about Franziska Von Karma in the jpn game.

The von Karmas (Manfred and Franzizka) are actually American in the Japanese games, German in the American games and no idea what they are in the EU/German games. If I remember right, anyways.

I was lucky enough to see this at a international film festival where I live (in DC) and it was really good- very funny, kept to the feel of the games. If it's showing sometime near you I really recommend it!
