Slightly ahead for weak shit. My general rule is don't use it if you're not capping cRatio with Berserk up.

It may be decently competitive, but I highly doubt it's better than kamome.
Pros: 6 AGI on WS, low delay means swinging your kannagi slightly faster.
Cons: lower skill (~55 less attack/accuracy on the dagger portion of your hit, more if you have katana merits but not dagger), 8 less attack on the katana portion, over a full DPS point lower.

Given the ease of getting Kamome vs the relative difficulty of getting O Knife, it's hardly worth consideration.

Faith for TP, it will raise you another damage tier at your current skill level. For WS, elemental torque should fair better.

Just doing some out-loud math to see how big an effect this has. Not really sure where it'll go.

With the average 50% DW build, you get 4.2 TP/swing Kannagi/O Knife, 4.4 with Rajas/Brutal. Assuming haste spell and 25% gear, that's 108 delay per round, 23 connected swings to get TP. With 21% DA 3% TA outside abyssea, average swings/round is 2.527. 95% acc means ~2.4 hits/round, so 8-9 rounds on average after WS, making your total delay per WS 984-1092.

Same assumptions for Kannagi/Kamome, 4.5 TP/swing. Total delay per round 117, 23 connected swings. No DA/TA/Acc change, so still 2.4 hits/round, 8-9 rounds, 1056-1173 delay per WS.

6.8% increase to WS rate on 8 rounds, 6.9% increase on 9 rounds.

Keep Atheling and use Blitz + Rose. Don't be lazy. DRG set cannot proc on WS (Current standing).
