I think addle does too, it lands on literally EVERYTHING, even shinryu and cerb mobs.

Rampage's only property is Scission, so that should be correct, yes.

For nin, I'd recommend fast cast on the body piece since that's the only place you're realistically going to get it. As a career nin, I can't think of anything in the past month or two I would have used this body on - if I needed evasion I usually got it elsewhere. ACP body was absolute king at 75 for smn, getting -BP timer and -perp cost on that same piece was neat. I haven't followed smn too much through 90 but it's beaten by Emp body on perp and Yinyang on -bp. If you have the capacity to get those items then do so, if not this would make a suitable replacement.

I -always- do things with a Whm dual box (50% potency while wearing +2 body) so I don't really have an evasion set. If I find myself needing evasion against a mob that's good to blink tank (think Bukhis) - Swapping out my offhand kamome for an evasion sekka works like a charm. A single piece gives you 20 evasion and 9 agi for a good DOT weapon... hard to beat. On top of that you can use an ungur's over Qirmiz, Boxer's Mantle and an evasion/torero torque. Swapping out these pieces allows you to keep the important haste slots free for DD gear.

I would -never- replace GH, RR, Apoc. The evasion that GH gives you from agi is enough to cover most situations (doubles up if you have a Kannagi since Agi is Hi's mod) - if that fails me then I'll use an evasion sekka as mentioned. Of those three, Apoc could be replaced - but the speed in which you can mijin recover with Apoc along with its overall DOT is hard to give up.

I use apoc/ss/RR. My hybrid evasion gear still has 50% DW but only 21% haste ;_; I can make it 24% if I wanted to though. I'm also working on a single evasion sekka for it. It's basically the same thing you do, except I use ballerines and ocelot legs as well, and I don't have a unguars.

Jimbob says DA sword is best. I tend to agree in most/all situations. If you can't be arsed to do the work, then a STR sword will be your next best bet.

The OAT2,2-3,2-4 are generally trash for blue [and for most as well, nice for tp gain, but not good for overall DoT/delay.]

Can't answer on atmas, but again, refer to JB in the Blue mage thread. I would generally say rr/gh/apoc [same as the retarded NIN discussion we have going on here,] but your mileage may vary, shit is situational, etc etc...

tl;dr: blue mage thread is there for a reason.

I use this as a hybrid evasion setup, it may not be completely ideal, but I am incredibly happy with it.

Unless people want to argue the advantage of 10 parry skill I think Blur Mantle is better.

My own hybrid set makes less sacrifices than that; http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/220691 - need a better body I know. This does me completely fine for anything outside Heroes and weaker stuff in those zones. I am rarely on ninja for higher tier Heroes stuff; I think your set would be better for stuff like that.

Nemisio's set is similar to mine, but I use Alcide's harness+1 and fugacity mantle instead.

1 less eva than SH+1, but the subtle blow is kinda nice

Apart from that, heed ring for more subtle blow.
