I've been away from the game for like 6-8 months now and apparently there have been a lot of changes to leveling.. I was wondering what the fastest way to get from 1-75~ish is by soloing. My schedule is kinda hard to deal with parties and I don't want to have to leave them every 30 minutes.

There is. For one, GoV start at certain Exp/Gil/Tabs but with each completion the amount you get increases, so the longer you spend doing them the more you get out of it. Secondly, each completion of a GoV page has a chance to reward you with a "prowess" that is certain bonus: increase in stats, raise in skill up rate, chest drops and so on. Both things reset when you zone, but not when you log out so if it's possible you might want to log out in the area between exp sessions.

Not really. GoV offers higher mobs and is the dungeon equivalent of FoV. GoV also offers more types of buffs, and allows you to warp to your HP as well as your home country.

also lose out on viruna, but if you're not doing either, then ya always sub sch for healing imo.

/whm's only use is needing ports, stona, or viruna. /SCH is superior in every other way possible. The only subs I ever use is /SCH(95% of the time), /blu , /blm(stun only, very rarely) and /nin.

Probably a little late to this party, but would anyone be able to point me in the direction of the phone number for whoever handles billing issues? I got double billed on one of my content IDs (which was also spontaneously cancelled for lack of payment authorization?) and while I can pay it, I'd rather not.

A few years back my HD broke and I lost access to my alt account. It didn't bother me at the time because it was only going to be used as an Einherjar feather mule and we found a replacement easy enough. But now I want to use it again. I have the registration codes. I know the last CC used on it, the rough initial registration date and probable last billing date. I think I remember the password. I could probably even give the last login date and zone logged out in too. But critically I don't know the POL ID or the Address (US account and I'm in the UK so god knows what I put in).

It's not a huge deal if nothing can be done as there is nothing valuable on it at all and with how things are nowadays it could probably be replaced with a new account in like 1-2 weeks or less (Probably cheaper too as it's missing WoTG onwards). It's just sentimental value more than anything really.

EDIT: Oh stupid me, the question.... Probably guessed by now but is there anyway I can get the POL ID or access to the account. Or will SE not entertain me since I don't know the address or POL ID?

With the information you have, you might get it back, depending on the rep you get. Getting Abyssea and such for it will be exactly the same as getting a new account, so you'd save leveling time and such. Try a couple live chats tomorrow, the worst they can say is no.

IIRC they ask for:

POL ID, Registration Code, Password, Card number last used, Name on the account, Address, Birthdate on the account? I think? If you have a majority they'll usually give you whatever your missing. Gotten password changed twice without registration codes, for example. Code/Card/Name should get you through, unless you get a dick on the other line. Remember they'll probably be congested tomorrow from all the content ID charging shenanigans.
